Getting views but very little engagement on LinkedIn

I have been sharing content on LinkedIn for two months and am still learning, and some posts get view, but very few people like and comment on posts, so I wanted to know what has worked for you in a similar situation.

if you are already getting views, you just need to improve the posts so they invite the viewers to share their thoughts in the comments, that is just how you structure your posts
 
Don't expect much but you should keep posting quality content.
 
When it comes to finding customers, a high number of views can be more important than engagement. Sometimes content receives little engagement simply because viewers don't have a strong reason to leave a comment or click the like.
 
try ending your posts with a question to ask peoples opinion, also start commenting on other creators posts daily it helps a lot.
 
honestly, what helped me was posting consistently with one clear point and engaging fast like replying to every comment within the first hour, even if there are only a couple.
 
Try stronger hooks and end your posts with specific question that make it easy for people to respond.
 
Consistency helped me the most. I focused on sharing useful content, engaging with others, and building genuine connections. Engagement gradually improved with time.
