Please help me, my Facebook account has been restricted :(

That's usually a temporary soft ban from automated video checks (copyright or spam flags). Leave the account untouched for 1–2 weeks without posting anything, and check Account Status to see if you can appeal.

this is usually a silent shadowban caused by copyrighted music/content flags or posting frequency triggers. first, check your account Status under settings to request a manual review, remove any flagged videos immediately, and pause all activities for 48 to 72 hours. shadowbans typically lift automatically within 7 to 14 days if you don't trigger any more flags

If your Facebook account is restricted check the reason in account status. Tap request review or if appeal available. Then complete any verification if asked and wait if it's a temporary restriction. Secure your account by changing your password and enable two factory authentication,Follow these, I hope you can fix it.

I don't see the appeal button it seems like it's no longer available. Fb hasn't sent anything to my linked email, nor have i received any notifications...

I haven't made any new posts and i haven't received any error warnings from fb, i don't know what to do about the situation since there are no alerts or new notifications...
 
There are many reasons why your account might be locked. Please check if the videos on your profile violate any copyright. The duration of the suspension will depend on the severity of the violation, ranging from 3-7 days to up to 30 days.

It was definitely a mistake or a Fb glitch, i didn't receive any email alerts, but when i tried to log in, i ran into an error and got kicked out...

Will spamming the review request button negatively affect my account? Could continuous spamming make fb flag my activity as suspicious, even though there are no existing warnings or notifications on the account?

If there were a violation, Fb would have to send an email or provide a clear notification, however, there was no such notice just an error preventing access to Fb.
 
You can try to appeal and you should do that if available is a good way some time they just derestrict your account and make it work
 
Check your Facebook Account Status first to see why the restriction happened. If Facebook gives you a review option, use it and wait for their reply. The time can be different for each account, so it’s hard to say exactly how long it will take.
 
Before submitting an appeal to FB about the restriction, what type of content were you uploading, is it a type of content that is against there rules and also is this your personal acc or do you have other account that have been restricted or banned by FB before.

Try to approach them and get help from fb help center maybe they will understand your problem and try to remove the restrictions from your account as they did to mine but later I recovered my account successfully.

If the appeals don't really go anywhere, it's hard to say how long that'll be like that. Some restrictions go away on their own after days or weeks, others need a successful review. No real time frame besides.

Probably best to avoid repeatedly posting the same content while the restriction is active, especially if everything is just being blocked anyway. Could make things worse. Anyway yeah, best to find out what caused it in the first place.

The problem is that i couldn't see an appeal button, i had to hunt down the Fb appeal link in the help section. I haven't violated any terms, as there was no specific notification stating what the violation was.

yes,i submitted the appeal link as instructed, but I'm still encountering this kind of error, i wonder if my account has been locked?

I followed Facebook's instructions when my account encountered an issue and also consulted a few experienced people who helped me submit the link, but i haven't received a response from Fb yet.
 
I've seen similar situations where normal content suddenly gets restricted. Check your Account Status for any violations or pending reviews, and submit an appeal if available. I'd avoid making major changes or reposting blocked videos until you know what triggered the restriction.
