When I was a child I would play games like wild almost for 10 hours but as I grew up I started losing interest gradually. I just want to know is it just me who lost interest in consoles and games?!??

I don’t think I fully lost interest in games, but I definitely play a lot less now. Work and responsibilities take more time, so gaming just doesn’t fit into my day like it used to. For me it also happens in waves I might not play for six months, then suddenly play every evening for a couple of months. But overall, my interest has definitely decreased over the past few years.

Last game I played was hunniepop and ever since then I've lost interest.

I think it is the fact that the game isn't real like doesn't matter what I do it won't change anything about my life.

Actually no it’s pretty normal because as you grow up your interests change and games may not feel as fun as they did before so it is normal because it happens to a lot of people.

I thought I was losing interest. People said grow up and I deleted the CODM multiple times with its huge file size. If you wonder why people snap then make sudden change like pulling interactive games from ADHD person.

I was .5 kd ratio in teens and most this season was 9/8/7 even with the competitive matching. There's countless strategies and so when you switch them up now like I do it seems like showing off to newbs, too bad keep practing. I got good playing 5 to 20 minutes each day not over an hour before. Its all skill and I don't care kd now. I know there's like one guy who can beat me in each city of 50000 or so .01 of 1%. It's even more enjoyable when you win, if you ever got the top shooter screen then you know.

So I'm learning now to take out Kings and pin down the respawn. Ran top 100 one season for a good while. My success is incremental improvement. I almost lost my finger playing with knife well true in this game too, many deaths by accident car explosion, Napalm or some oddity, it's a leak what can I say.

Looking to join team, since with sniper skill and goo team invites I could go big kd ratio if I was chasing that. Like championship for 1 million $, maybe get energy drink sponser or something.

It's fun just got the terminator characters too, T1000 and metallic one.

Gaming is a hobby, just like any other. Try doing different things, watching shows, movies, reading books, going out. At one point, you'll turn again. Back then it was the only source of dopamine we had. Nowadays, there is so many. That probably matters.

The last game I played was Minecraft and then I lost interest :\

You’re definitely not alone. I think interests naturally change as we get older, and games that once felt exciting might not give the same feeling anymore. Sometimes it’s not that you stopped liking games, you just started enjoying different things.

Def, the OG games are still a keeper, especially the online ones like League of Legends and Rainbow Six Siege. I always hope to play those with the boys again. But in terms of single-player, yeah, it's kinda boring now. Not as much fun as before, but def waiting for GTA 6.

Definitely not just you. I used to game for hours as well, but priorities and interests naturally change as you get older. I still enjoy gaming sometimes, just not with the same obsession as when I was a kid.

There are so many new games coming out. Therefore, I can't play any new games because I haven't had time to finish the old ones.
