If i copy a video and upload it without editing will the views suffer?

the point is to introduce something new that was not included in the original work. it can be your analysis, examples, naration or a completely different approach. altering the speed, cropping or applying any filters will give a new look but will not create new content.

I usually do color calibration; I make basic adjustments like brightness, contrast, and saturation changes to ensure that all clips have the same color.

Yes, duplicate content gets suppressed, you can bypass it by changing up some media metrics & meta data quite easily though.

Definitely, just edit it enough so it doesn't seem the exact same. Horizontally mirroring helps aswell.
