Which PPC platform are you focusing on in 2026?

I’m focusing more on Google and Meta, but testing TikTok too because cheaper traffic is getting harder to find these days.

Still focusing mainly on Google and Meta. They’re getting more competitive, but they still bring the most consistent volume. I’ve been testing TikTok more for some niches, but the creative side takes a lot more effort. Bing is still useful when the numbers work, especially for cheaper clicks, but I wouldn’t shift a major budget there yet.

My suggestion would be not to depend on one platform. Start with Google Ads, then test Meta or Microsoft Ads and compare the actual ROI.

Hi,
Curious where people here are putting most of their budget and attention this year.
Google is getting expensive. Meta is unpredictable. TikTok is growing but creative demand is high. Bing is cheap but low volume.
Feels like the PPC landscape has shifted a lot in the last 2 years.

Where are you putting your focus this year and why? Has your answer changed from last year?
Last year I used Meta the most, but this year I reduced my budget there because performance became less stable. Now I focus more on search traffic.

Focusing on TikTok search ads instead of just standard video ads. People are using TikTok like Google to find products, which makes them much more likely to buy.

Meta still works well for scaling if you have good creatives, but Google is still king for high-intent traffic. I think the best approach now is not depending on one platform, just spreading budget and cutting losers faster. Testing matters more than the platform itself.

yeah i think the focus is more on testing different platforms now instead of depending on one and the google and Meta are still good but costs are higher and I’m also trying smaller platforms to find cheaper traffic and better results for the growth.

For 2026, I would not put all the focus on one PPC platform. I’d split it based on intent.

For high-intent searches, Google Ads is still hard to ignore. It is expensive, but when someone is actively searching for a service or solution, the traffic usually has stronger buying intent. The issue is that you need tight keyword control, clean conversion tracking, and a landing page that matches the search intent. Otherwise, the cost gets out of hand quickly.

Meta is still useful, but I would treat it more as demand generation and retargeting than a pure cold lead machine. Lead quality can be inconsistent if the form is too easy or the audience is too broad. It works better when the offer, creative angle, and follow-up process are strong.

Bing/Microsoft Ads is worth testing in some niches because competition can be lower. I would not expect the same volume as Google, but for B2B, local services, or older demographics, it can sometimes produce decent leads at a lower cost.

TikTok can work, but I think it is more creative-heavy than platform-heavy. If you cannot keep testing fresh hooks and creatives, performance can drop fast.

So my focus would be:

- Google Ads for high-intent search
- Meta for retargeting and demand generation
- Bing/Microsoft Ads as a lower-volume test
- TikTok only where the business can support regular creative testing

The bigger shift for me is measuring qualified leads instead of just CPL. A platform can look cheap on paper but still fail if the leads are hard to reach, low intent, or not converting into actual sales.

we actually stopped chasing new platforms and just focused on fixing our attribution. if you arent feeding offline conversion data back to the meta pixel, you are basically burning money on their broad targeting now. we set up a basic server to server pipeline to pass back actual sales instead of just leads, and meta suddenly started performing like it was 2021 again. also still keeping a small budget on bing search because those older searchers actually buy things, even if the volume is tiny... but yeah, the creative grind on tiktok is real, not worth the headache unless you have a dedicated designer tbh.
