Honestly, the issue isn't the builder itself, it's GitHub Pages. Free subdomains get flagged incredibly fast because spammers abuse them so heavily, so Google Safe Browsing basically penalizes you by association.
If you want to stop the constant churn and burn, you need your own custom domains. You can still use Lovable to build the pages, just export the code afterward and host it yourself. Grab a cheap VPS like DigitalOcean, or even a basic shared hosting plan from Namecheap or Hostinger.
And most importantly, route your sites through Cloudflare. It hides your server IP, gives you free SSL, and lends the domain a bit more initial trust right out of the gate. Just keep in mind that if your CPA offers are running aggressive scripts or deceptive buttons, Google is going to flag the domain eventually no matter what you do. But moving off free hosts and onto your own domains will make everything last a lot longer.
