Had the same issue with a niche the big processors won't touch. A couple of things that helped us:
Be upfront about the niche with any provider you talk to. If you hide it and they find out later, that's how funds get held again. Have your chargeback and refund rates ready, plus a few months of processing history (even the crypto side helps).
For iDEAL plus card with crypto or bank settlement, you're looking at a high-risk acquirer with an EU MID, not an aggregator. At 2 to 4k a month some will want a minimum, so ask about that early.
What's the niche roughly? Makes a big difference to who'll board you.
