Which free AI can write quality content that ranks ?

sonnet 3.5 is definitely the meta right now for flow but using the web interface is a waste of time if you want to scale. if you use the api and feed it a system prompt that bans words like delve, tapestry, and furthermore you get much cleaner drafts. then just run it through a quick manual pass to add some real internal links and actual screenshots. google doesn't care if it's ai, they care if users bounce immediately because it looks like a wall of generic text.

I wouldn’t focus on one AI tool as a “ranking tool.” ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini can all produce strong long-form drafts, but ranking still depends on originality, search intent, topical depth, accuracy, and real value.
I’d use AI for research, outlining, and first drafts, then add original insights, examples, data, and proper fact-checking. That usually matters more than which AI generated the content.

Chatgbt is what I use and it give me the best of what I want.
