Did you enter the wrong password? It's possible that Facebook has temporarily locked your account because too many people have tried to log in.

Click on forgot password and then recover account, then change the phone number and Gmail address associated with that account, and then keep logging in and out of all devices

I would try the official recovery options first Hopefully support can verify your identity and restore access if the account was locked after the login attempt

It is usually better to log back in using your phone rather than a computer, as it makes unlocking the account easier.

If someone tried logging in recently it could be a temporary security lock so I would try the official recovery process first

If your Facebook ID shows as Unavailable, it doesn't necessarily mean it's permanently disabled. Try checking from another browser or account first, clear your cache, and see if you received any emails from Meta. If nothing changes after 24–48 hours, submitting an appeal is probably your best option.

I think someone is trying to hack your account. Please visit Fb official support page and complete the identity verification process using your ID for security.
You should go to Facebook help center and tell them your proble and follow their precautions.Though your account won't be lost they will help you to recover.
Because your account maybe!!! Temporary banned.Will be happy if your account gets recovered
