What’s the best way to grow a YouTube channel from zero?

Make high quality videos and don’t forget to boost them. I prefer keyword targeted videos.
What do you mean by “boost”? Do you buy views through AdWords or somewhere else? How many views should you buy, and how much does it cost?

Post YouTube shorts.

I went from 6 subs to 58 in 3 days.

Nail the first 1 second so you can keep that stay to watch metric high.

(I still struggle with it but it's fun for me.)
How many videos did you upload?

I uploaded 24 Shorts in 30 days and got only 30 views on my new channel.
I also tried uploading 3 videos to an old channel, but got 0 views there.
Any idea how to fix this?

There are many ways to get started, but you should choose the right niche from the beginning to attract the right audience and create consistent content. When viewers understand what topic you're sharing, they'll remember it more easily and return more often.

If you're starting a channel right now, I think you should focus on short-form videos. Short-form content can help your channel grow much faster, especially when you're just getting started.
