As many people answered, it would be too much for them to go that forward and analyze links on someone's website. If you buy .com or similar domain, even maybe any domain, it should be safe to go, just make simple landing page. Also there are many accounts that point to telegram group from their stories, url of other social network should be legit.
My account banned last week just because I changed bio, instead of sentence that were I put a new one, no links on profile or stories, I wanted to prepare account. That made snowball effect to my personal accounts too so everything were banned at one point. I take back personals, but this AI one maybe will not and would make a new one.
As someone told seems that instagram become harder and harder to use as main traffic drive, and maybe should think about alternatives. At 2025 everything worked good if respected rules, but now not a case.

Promote via highlights.

try creating some sort of product around the model, could be NSFW content, could be exclusive access, a course that the model recommends, a product, a web service like a saas and get affiliate links from them etc.

Yeah, you could keep the link in Stories and add it to a Highlight. Might be worth testing before putting it directly in the bio.
