Theres really no such thing as best when it comes to Email sending its a combination of alot of things, but AMS Enterprice works really good if you have the right license, SMTPs and setup.
 
I've had good experiences with SMTP providers that focus on deliverability rather than just low pricing. For me, inbox placement, proper authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and a good sender reputation matter more than the provider itself. Even the best SMTP service won't perform well without those basics in place.

The most important things about this are, first, which type of niche you are planning to work with, and also how big your contact list is and what volume you are planning to send per month. My point is, don't rush into some ESP right away. Some ESPs are good for low volume, others for big... also, the list count and the niche are most important
