blog coments now serve more as a means of building networks rather than providing any SEO benefits. an actual comment posted on a relevant blog will definitely bring you traffic nd contacts, however mass posting of comments purely for links does not really make any difference anymore.

T2 and T3 for sure, but too risky to send to your money page. Overall they don't quite have the same effect as they used to.

I usually treat blog comments like appetizers, not the main course for backlinks. If my comments are funny or useful, sometimes I get clicks and even new connections from real folks instead of just Google bots. I steer clear of dumping links on random blogs since that’s a one-way ticket to getting flagged, especially with how strict things are in 2026. I stick to niche blogs where I can actually chime in.
