Hi everyone,
What worries you most?

Your advertising account is disabled, advertising costs are too high, ads are ineffective or showing results very slowly, ads are rejected, conversion rates are low,
or your Business Manager account or Fanpage is restricted.

You can always optimize campaigns over time but getting your BM or ad account disabled can stop everything overnight.

account getting disabled, easily. everything else on that list is fixable, high costs you optimize, bad creatives you test new ones, low conversions you work on the landing page. but when the account gets banned overnight for no reason there's literally nothing to optimize lol. and the appeal process is like talking to a wall

The thing I am worried about is when my ad account gets suddenly disabled despite all the campaigns being run smoothly earlier on. The high CPM can be managed by testing out the creatives and the audiences, but the problem with account disablement halts everything.
I have witnessed slowdown in campaigns, and modification in the creative has helped more than modifying the targeting part.

Having your ad account banned/restricted, i think all the other problems you mentioned are simpler to solve, and in any case, the campaign remains active and retains all its accumulated intelligence.

getting flagged by fb then having your account frozen/banned sucks , other then that you can usually modify stuff to prevent stagnant results

Rejecting ads and blocking an ad account

Although accounts may change frequently, try creating a pixel code and using it when you switch accounts; this can be quite effective.

If you're running a large-scale advertising campaign, I recommend splitting the costs and working simultaneously with two or three advertising agencies. This will help avoid interruptions in the campaign midway.

Actually, all the things you mentioned are very worrying. Depending on Facebook's performance at different times, we'll see a similar type of error. For example, right now, most gambling ads are being rejected.

Or earlier this month, Facebook suddenly experienced distribution disruptions, causing advertisers to spend a lot of money without getting any results.
I've also witnessed this in the past, when Facebook suddenly disabled all active fan pages in the insurance industry.

the storms, too many storms happened in a year, it scanned profile, card, BM, account,... Facebook is also getting more and more strict.

Having structured backup setups (agency accounts, spare BMs, and verified profiles) is essential to minimize this downtime risk.

For me the account being banned is worrying me the most.

For me, it is unexpected account restrictions. Even if everything is set up correctly, one review or payment issue can pause campaigns and affect performance. That is why I always try to minimize operational risks as much as possible.

Ad Account getting disabled is not a Big Challenge, its common these days and everyone has backup multiple accounts

Changing Creatives
Proper Conversions
Sometimes CPM is too high with less conversions
