I believe that the biggest mistake people make is treating LinkedIn as a medium where one need to shout and not connect. Individuals keep posting all the time without offering any meaning full comment or contacting other individuals for meaningful connections. It is often better to have fewer people with more genuine discussions.I have seen plenty of advice about what to do on LinkedIn, but not as much discussion about what people should avoid.
In your opinion, what is the most common mistake people make that holds back their growth or opportunities on LinkedIn?
It could be something related to their profile, content, networking, or overall approach. I think hearing real experiences could help a lot of people avoid the same mistakes.
