if i copy a youtube video with english voice over, the upload it with another language voice over will i be hit with copyright?

what other way i can edit and reuse conpetitors video without copyright?

this way should be free from copyright since you change the voice over to another language which differ from the copyright language.
It depend on the content of the video to determine if copyright content claim can raise.

Simply swapping the voiceover isn’t enough to avoid copyright. You need to significantly modify the footage or add original commentary to reduce the risk of claims.

Yes, you will likely get a copyright strike the visual content is still protected, and simply replacing the audio doesn't make it original.

You can create a record of your own screen and voiceover while reacting to or analyzing the original video's points, add substantial original graphics, text explanations, and your own unique insights, etc. this shifts it from replication to commentary or education, which falls under fair use.

Thanks for sharing! Just changing the voiceover usually doesn’t cut it adding your own creative spin or commentary is key to staying clear of copyright issues.

using another language track on its own will not do the trick to be honest. in case the footage nd edits remain unchanged, there will still be an issue. U might want to consider trying to use shorter sources ur own screenplay, fresh visuals and a different perspective.

Since you already charged the voice language that should not be a copyright anymore.
