Best way to receive recurring transfers ($4k/mo) as an individual/non-business from a registered company?

Hi everyone, I’m facing a major compliance issue with a client’s payment structure and need advice. I need to receive around $4,000 per month from a registered business across 4 separate $1,000 transfers. The client strictly requires an official invoice for their accounting, but since I am an individual (not registered as a business) with existing recurring personal account activity (From regular work), adding multiple frequent business transfers will trigger AML red flags with my bank.

Is using a money exchange service (Change/P2P exchanger) viable here?
I thought about asking the client to transfer the funds to a local or online currency exchanger who would take a fee and pay me out. Alternatively, could asking them to purchase gift cards or prepaid vouchers work, or would that look even more suspicious/unusual for a legitimate business accounting system?

Thanks!

1. It depends on your country of residence. If you have access to Payoneer or Wise or Revolut, you can issue a payment invoice and send it to the client. You do not need to have a registered account to do this because I don't quite understand what you mean by; "adding multiple frequent business transfers will trigger AML red flags with my bank".

2. Using a money exchange service is viable only when you do your due diligence before dealing with anyone.

3. Using a jv partner too is viable only if you can first proof that the source of the $4k/mo from your client is legitimate.

4. And yes, asking them to purchase gift cards or prepaid vouchers is not professional and would look suspicious. No matter where you live, there will always be a proper and professional alternative to get paid from clients.
