Have a look at it. I understand the aversion to raw scripts, which is why I made this work in the browser.
If you just clone the git and run it once, it will open a browser window with a simple dashboard. All your scraping will happen through it.

octoparse, Web Scraper, or ParseHub can be used. nevertheless, for large-scale projects, it is recommended that you use self-hosted scrapers since free software comes with limits to the number of pages nd usages.
