For a given search phrase (uncommon phrase) I want my site to be the first link on google/AI. I don't care about traffic, I just want high rank. What blackhat SEO item should I buy? I am a beginner, so I am totally clueless about this.

Is very different to rank for a keyword that everyone search with high competition compared with a low volume keyword where you can rank purely by doing great posts on your site alone. For higher competition keyworsd will need backlinks

Try to make good quality backlinks, keep relevant contents to posting and show some consistency.

Hire someone who can build niche type backlinks for you. Other than that you can buy guest posts.
Good PBNs are a bit on the expensive side.

Why does this look like wishful thinking
Because, atleast you need to tell niche and industry to anyone to attempt that

Honestly, you don't really "buy" your way to the #1 spot. If it's a low competition keyword, just focus on solid on-page SEO first, then build a handful of quality niche relevant backlinks. That's usually enough to get it done. Just steer clear of spammy link blasts though, they tend to do more harm than good in the long run.

As far as the low frequency keyword is concerned, I am pretty sure that I won't be purchasing ny link from the very start. frst check the on-page aspects, nd then some backlink or niche editing will work wonders provided there is not any stiff competition.

For low-competition keywords, you often don't need much at all; sometimes well-optimized content alone is enough to rank without any backlinks. Before buying anything, check how your competitors are ranking for that exact phrase, look at their content depth, on-page optimization, and whether they have any backlinks at all. If the top-ranking pages are thin or the domains have little to no backlink profile, that's a strong sign you can rank purely on content quality and search intent match.

Make sure your content directly matches search intent, and your on-page basics (title, headers, internal linking) are solid before spending anything. If you're still not moving after that, a small number of relevant, high-quality backlinks can help, but for genuinely low-competition terms, that's usually the last lever to pull, not the first.

It depends on the niche and competition. Imagine buying a supercar for a race where nobody else shows up. First, search the phrase on Google and see who you're actually competing with. That alone can completely change your perspective on what you really need to buy, if anything.

You don't buy a #1 rank anymore most blackhat staff is short lived or ignored if it's a low competition kw, just usa a clean on-page setup plus a few relevant aged links & it will rank faster & stick

If it's a low-competition or uncommon search phrase,

First analyze the current top 10 results. If they're weak, a well-optimized page and a few relevant, high authority backlinks are often enough to take the top spot.
Also, if your goal is visibility in both Google and AI search, focus on topical relevance, clear entity signals, and quality content rather than shortcuts.

For an uncommon phrase, I recommend first check whether Google already understands your site as relevant to that topic. Later build a few supporting pages around the same subject and link them naturally to the main page. That topical relevance can be enough to move a low-competition term, and you can add backlinks later if needed.

But have anyone buy backlinks in BHW marketplace and actually work? There are so many sellers, its confusing to find the best one. And they sell different backlinks too.

A well optimized page exact search intent and a few relevant high quality backlinks can be enough to reach No:1

Avoid bulk/spam links that can hurt the site. If you share the exact search phrase and your website URL, I can suggest the safest strategy and what to prioritize first.

If it's genuinely a low competition phrase, I wouldn't buy anything yet.
search the exact phrase and look at the top 10 results. check how well they answer the query, how strong the pages/domains are, and whether they even have backlinks.
If the competition is weak, a well optimized page that matches the search intent may be enough to reach #1. If it isnt moving after you have got the on page stuff right, then look at adding a few relevant backlinks.
I definitely wouldn't start with a PBN or a bulk link package. first figure out whether backlinks are really the thing you are missing.

when you do start moving up, keep building relevant, quality links over time rather than trying to get everything at once. SEO is an ongoing process, and continuing to improve the page and build genuine authority can help you maintain and improve the position as the competition changes.

Keyword phrases, concentrate on high quality and relevant content, effective on page SEO, strategic internal linking, as well as good contextual backlinks.

To ensure better visibility on the part of the AI, make sure to have entity signals and authoritative mentions of the brand name.

If you want right morale, then I would suggest you to buy SEO tools and all the tools you need. Because simply buying a link you can't guarantee what it is, and most providers are very shady so you will have to find a good one. Instead of buying tools and paying all those bills you can learn how to do those and since you are planning to do those long term it's highly recommended.
