how to create food vglog with less efforts

Try using clips from YouTube or small creators and remix them, full repost can cause issues.

If possible, it is better to make your own content from the beginning because reposting content without any permission from Facebook or Instagram may bring you into trouble because of reduction in reach or copyright issue. In this way, it will provide a good base for your page.

I want to create food fb page

It does not means that you need to go to a different food stall every time to start this. My idea would be creating a format based on research and rating of local foods, with some comments, and with your personal touch, and then start using real videos as the no of available food stalls grows.

Why don't you source content from TikTok? Avoid using videos from the Meta ecosystem; instead, use software to download watermark-free TikTok videos and post them. You will generally only face restrictions if you enable monetization.

Using other people's videos can create problems if you do not have permission. It is better to add your own value through editing, voiceovers, reviews, or commentary.

Create reaction or voiceover review videos using existing food clips with proper credits to bypass copyright strikes without needing to shoot on site.

Using other people's food Reels or videos without permission can lead to reduced reach, copyright claims, or content removal. For a safer start, consider using your own photos/videos, licensed stock footage, or content from creators who have given you permission. You can also add your own commentary, recipes, or reviews to make the content original.

reuploading raw videos will lead to copyright strikes and originality of content bans. to make food content with minimal effort, edit existing viral clips into commentary/review videos for fair use, or compile recipes/street food with unique editing, sound effects, and speed tweaks

I wouldn't repost other people's videos. It's risky, and building a page on borrowed content usually doesn't last. When I didn't have enough original videos, I started writing about food instead. I even wrote a blog called "Why Every Great Shawarma Shop Has Its Own Secret", sharing the story and techniques behind the dish. It gave me something original to post while I built my own content library. Original content grows slower, but it's much safer and more rewarding in the long run.

Personally, I find it extremely frustrating and risky to copy other people's videos. It's safer to just film your own food reviews or lifestyle videos; producing your own content is always more sustainable and easier to succeed with.

Don't rely on reposting other people's reels. It might work for a while, but it's risky. Start with your own content, even if it's simple. I usually turn my blogs, like "The Secret to a Great Summer Party Isn't the Food. It's the Drink Station.", into short videos. It's slower, but it's much safer in the long run.

Keeping the videos simple can make the process much easier Planning the shots before recording using natural lighting and focusing on one recipe or one meal at a time can help create content that is clear and enjoyable to watch

I think you could take photos of customers checking in at restaurants, create a video clip and add voiceovers that are both realistic and creative, based on your own ideas.

That shouldn't be a problem, but use AI tools or edit the video yourself to ensure Facebook doesn't detect it.

Picture everything you eat before you touch it or be one those weirdos that films themselves everywhere? Not for me, though it seems to work well in ways for travel bloggers that go places. Good Blog / Vlog and add more profit points.

I've been researching iGaming funnel and see a number of my possible affiliate offerings were travel / event related; i.e. Vegas .com

Reposting or copied content will get flagged very quickly and your account get ban too. At least, edit, add, or insert text or images into the video to prevent Facebook's or Instagram bots to detecting it.

I recommend that if you don't want to film directly from the restaurant, you should still prioritize AI.
