Where Would You Find Clients for Reddit Marketing?

I run a network of high cqs Reddit accounts that I rent out for content marketing and promo work. Business is decent but I'm stuck on one thing: finding clients. Curious how others in this space actually land customers.
A few questions if you've done this before: Where do you usually find businesses that need this kind of Reddit marketing help?
Are startups or SaaS companies still worth chasing, or is that market saturated now?
Does cold outreach actually work, or is it mostly a waste of time compared to other channels?
Any specific platforms or communities where you've had luck finding clients?

on this forum, you'd find a lot of clients if you were an upgraded member. Cold outreach isnt really what id recommend because some companies will not even read your proposal
 
Finding the right clients is probably the hardest part i think targeted outreach works better than mass messaging, especially when you can show real results and understand the clients niche.
 
yah, that's right. The challenge is that I'm not sure which platform is the most effective for finding clients, or whether there are any platforms where I can attract customers through content marketing instead of direct outreach.

Most of my clients comes from Linkedln, referrals, and communities where business owners are already looking for marketing help. Showing real results and case studies makes it much easier to earn their trust.
 
TBH, referrals are much more successful than cold calls for me. As long as you have some solid case studies to show, people will return and refer other people to you.

my approach would be to focus on areas where founders talk about growth problem instead of marketing boards. reddit, Indie forum, LinkedIn nd Niche forums can be wonderful platform to get in touch with people if you have something to prove.
 
Referrals and case studies often bring the hightest quality clients while targeted LinkedIn outreach usually works better than sending lerge volumes of generic cold email. SaaS startups agencies and ecommerce brands can still be solid prospects if you can show real results.
 
I do have a healthy streak of work, and less and less accounts to use.
Most clients will ask for brand mentions (not links). I am down corporate if you would like

Just like everyone was jumping on to instagram a few years back, I see a surge in reddit marketing services now. So you're competing with a lot of them.

You can find more clients here itself, but you need to upgrade your account first.
 
I think the most effective way is to hunt for SaaS and startup founders on subreddits like r/startups or service marketplaces like Bhw and Upwork. You can try that.

I’m definitely open to collaborating. I work with a large pool of established Reddit accounts with strong trust signals, account history and activity across multiple niches.


Because of this, I can consistently deliver visible, natural-looking brand mentions in relevant comment sections without relying on direct links or aggressive promotion. I can also provide full reporting with URLs, screenshots and visibility checks.


We could start with a small batch of mentions and then scale the volume based on the results.
 
Sell them on account marketplaces or in forums like this one. There are plenty of people looking to buy Reddit accounts.
 
Finding clients in this space usually comes down to targeting businesses that already understand the value of community marketing, SaaS startups indie founders and niche brands can be good prospects because they often need awareness and traffic building relationships in founder communities can work better than only doing cold outreach.

Do you usually reach out to specific types of companies on LinkedIn? Also, could you recommend a few communities or platforms where business owners are active?

Yeah, Reddit is indeed a very good platform for marketing, but marketing on there is not easy at all.
 
The people who need this almost never describe themselves as looking for Reddit marketing. They show up as someone whose post just got removed, or asking how to promote without getting banned, and they're saying it in public on the same platform you already work on. That's your list, and it refreshes every day without you paying for it.

We find our own leads the same way. Watch for the sentence that means somebody has the problem right now, not the keyword that means they're shopping. It usually reads as a complaint rather than a request.

The harder half is trust, since renting accounts means handing your promotion to a stranger. What closes it isn't a pitch, it's evidence: one placement you ran, what it did, and what you refuse to touch. Saying no to niches you can't post in safely is what makes the yes worth anything.
