Posting time depends on your followers their habits matter more than general advice.
generic best time guides are usually useless because every audience time zone and niche is different. as long as you were not posting at 3am when your followers are asleep, content quality matters way more than timing i thinks. While some people give best times to post on Instagram, it has been very hit or miss for me.
Sometimes I am posting at the best time and nothing is happening. And sometimes I am posting at the worst time and I get a decent amount of engagement.
Do people still post at certain times of the day or do you just post when you have something to share?
I think,if your content is good enough then you can post anytime on instagram. While some people give best times to post on Instagram, it has been very hit or miss for me.

i gave up looking for the ideal posting hours due to their being highly dependent on the audience. now i consider my own findings nd try out different posting hours. good content nd a cattchy headline can be far more important than the perfect hour. While some people give best times to post on Instagram, it has been very hit or miss for me.
