Is today supposed to be Facebook's update day?

Seen this happening more often lately it usually comes from automated systems flagging unusual activity or policy risks.
Even normal behavior can sometimes trigger it, especially if there is sudden growth or high engagement spikes

I've been going crazy lately because guest accounts get suspended as soon as they log in, and I'm still racking my brains trying to figure out how to get it resolved! This time, I see only personal profiles are getting affected, while groups are still fine.
 
One of my friends had the same issue The restrictions disappeared after a few days without doing anything.
 
To mitigate this , you should enable post and member approvals to prevent fake accounts from joining and overrunning the group, also screen and remove posts that don't meet standards to avoid getting banned
 
I've been seeing similar reports today as well It could be a platform update or a temporary bug I'd wait a day or two before making any major changes as these issues often get resolved on their own
