I’ve already spent thousands upon thousands of euros on Cursor, Claude Code, and ChatGPT/Codex. Is there any way to use Claude Code or another editor for free without limits? Is there a free Claude API or any way to use Claude Code for free?

Yes, there are several ways.

If you own a company, you can sign up for Microsoft Azure credits (5k USD, and later more) and also for AWS. Same for Google Cloud. They will give you access to the Claude models, also Kimi, etc. you can then use the credits for the API costs of these models.

As an individual, it will be harder.

There's no real free unlimited path for Claude Code, the free Claude plan only covers chat, the terminal tool needs at least Pro ($20/mo) or API credits. The API gives you a small free credit (~$5) to test but that runs out fast. From what I've seen if you're spending thousands anyway, the cheapest legit move is just API pay-per-token with tight context management rather than a subscription, you only pay for what you use. If you qualify as an open source maintainer there's also a program that gives Max free for a while, worth checking if that fits you. Otherwise the free "unlimited" stuff is open-source CLIs where you bring your own API key, which still costs tokens.
 
the free options in this thread are either a different product or credits for a different platform entirely.

As far as I know, there isn't a way to use these tools for free without limits. I've looked into it myself but had no luck.
 
Theres no real unlimited free access to claude code or claude API. Most free options have usage limits and anything claiming unlimited access is usually against the provider’s terms or unreliable. yess

So far, As I know, there isn't a way to use any of these tools for free without limits. I have tried a lot but all in vain.
 
The way I usually use Claude Code or the Claude API for free is by taking advantage of free trial packages or paid trial plans from third-party platform providers that integrate the Anthropic API. However, these free packages always come with very low storage limits and cannot be used as a substitute for professional coding needs. You can try that.
 
Of course there is a way to get unlimited for free? Who needs to pay for it right if we can all just use a trick, and get unlimited! lol They would go bust even faster than what its looking like right now! lol
 
Is hard to get free products when others are really paying ...... You can use azure free credits if you have a company and will give you free credits to can use on AI models like claude and gpt
