You can also test native ads. Taboola and Outbrain works for some health offers, but results depend on your offer and landing page.

You should try TikTok ads if you selling cheap health supplements or viral products. short video ads working very well right now for getting young audience to buy fast.
First of all I will start with one platform with a limited budget.I will choose a targeted audience and offer them.

yeah i think it depends on the offer but google meta and native ads are common places to test because start small and focus on traffic quality or not just volume.

In my opinion Facebook Ads is great for target audience reach, provided your landing pages are fully compliant with health policies.

Google Search Ads brings the most qualified buyers, but you must use fully compliant landing pages to avoid fast account bans.

If you can stay compliant - Bing Ads is one of the best sources of traffic for the health niche. This is mainly because Bing users are typically 50+, have $$, and are less computer savy so they won't recognize adverts are easily

Is Meta more lenient for supplements now? Native Ads maybe?
I did direct linking to a Clickbank offer on the PPC bonus money and got nothing.
Looking into getting a health niche General store up, WooCommerce built. Owe the state so I cannot access reseller permit until that's paid.

google ads doesn't work for any health affiliate niche anymore, unfortunately...
they can now only offer lots of bots for $1.50 + per click.
after they changed match type behaviour and removed a lot of targeting settings, it became a money sucking machine, not something that can get you ROI positive in health niche offers.
I would recommend facebook ads and Native (but only on good sources, for this you need to make a research, because native is also a low quality traffic generation machine too).

I think google or meta would be a good place to start just test both with a small budget and see which gives better results.
Meta can be a solid starting point for testing health offers, especially for testing different creatives and audiences. I’d start small, track conversions closely, and scale only what proves profitable.
