Is today supposed to be Facebook's update day?

It could just be a rollout or temporary issue on Meta's side, so I'd wait a bit before assuming it's a permanent restriction.
 
I faced something similar once and it was fixed after waiting and submitting a review request. Sometimes it is just a system error.
 
Platform updates can sometimes make changes feel noticeable even when nothing has been officially announced It is usually better to wait for consistent reports before assuming an update has happened because short term changes can have many different reasons
 
Same here It definitely feels like these random restrictions have become a lot more common lately.

I see the restriction happens to facebook profile, but not facebook group. Do you have any update about this problem today?
 
I have noticed that quite a few people have talked about strange restrictions recently as well. It might just be some sort of backend update, so I wouldn’t make any changes for at least a day or two.

yes, meta seems to be rolling out a backend algorithm update or UI policy sweep. when this happens, avoid making sudden edits to group settings, publishing heavy automated posts, or spamming actions just let everything rest for 24 to 48 hours until the update stabilizes and the false flags clear up
 
I've been going crazy lately because guest accounts get suspended as soon as they log in, and I'm still racking my brains trying to figure out how to get it resolved! This time, I see only personal profiles are getting affected, while groups are still fine.
