Dude, 50 valid FTD (for first-time depositors) per day is a huge amount. Keeping you at a fixed rate of 10% with such numbers is, frankly, highway robbery. Stake is known for being difficult to negotiate with because it's already huge, but with your volumes, you have serious leverage. You need to contact your affiliate program manager directly and inform them about your retention rates and Player Value (LTV). If they still refuse to raise the price by at least 35-45% or offer a profitable hybrid deal, you should seriously consider attracting such traffic elsewhere. Personally, when I got tired of fighting with big brands for reasonable prices, I started switching my volume to ODDX partners. They are flexible in choosing levels. If you show at least a small part of your current daily volume, their managers will do their best to offer you an individual interest rate, favorable offers that really match the quality of your traffic. Don't let Stake underestimate your work. Check out your stats, and if they don't change, start testing other high-conversion brands where you'll actually get paid what you're worth.
