Hello! I need your help. My posts are getting deleted by filters. The comments work perfectly, both SFW and NSFW, but I can't just post on NSFW subs.

I didn't get shadowbanned so this looks strange to me...

What factors influence this?

Can you give a bit more detail? What exactly is happening? Can you attach a screenshot?

If comments are going through but posts aren't, I'd look at the subreddit itself first. Many NSFW communities manually review posts or have filters that remove them before they become visible. Doesn't necessarily mean Reddit is targeting your account.

I used to post on the subreddit I want from my previous account. It didn't face any issues, and I can even post from it now without encountering targeting filters

I am not sure about the rules for explaining such things, but I will try. I usually post NSFW RP posts on one popular sub. At first, it wasn't so good. I made a post with some comments, and it was deleted by the filters. I messaged the mods, and they restored it and recommended me to verify my email. I did that, and I could post again. But the next time I tried, it was deleted again, even though the comments were still working.

For more details, I post a head and an image, with no links or files, etc.

Each subreddit has its own rules and policies, so make sure to read them carefully and follow them. Also, keep in mind that posts from new accounts or accounts with very little karma are more likely to be removed.
ik about rules and etc things. Also I can't say that 350+ karma is very little for the age of 11 days

I don't think it's just one filter. Account age, karma, and each sub's own rules all seem to matter.

karma of 350 will do, but some subreddit also examine the history and pattern of postings by the account. you may want to consider comparing the formatting of your submision to the previously acepted one.

New accounts often trigger automod filters that require higher post karma than comment karma.

genuinely what lowered the rate of this happening to me was sending comments for the day before sending any posts. even better if the comments you make are in your target subreddit. But if you had a reddit filter in a subreddit recently the probability to get another filtered post despite having comment activity in that sub is much much higher

You're not shadowbanned and it isn't sitewide. That's subreddit automod.
Big NSFW subs gate on age and karma. Plenty want 30 days minimum. 11 days is nothing to them.
Other thing. 350 karma with no comment history in that sub reads as a bought account. Those subs get farmed constantly so they filter hard on it. Comments landing and posts not is exactly what automod looks like. If I was you I'd modmail them and just ask what the thresholds are.

you probably have low CSQ cause you can only comment and not post
this is probably true too

Maybe it's because the NSFW subs are heavily moderated by human moderators, and they don't allow you to post there.

From my experience this usually due to AutoMod or low CQS restrictions posts go through much stricter filters than comments especially if you're trying to post media, links, or submit on new accounts. Try building up some dedicated post karma in lower-restriction subs first

It could be your account age, karma, or even Reddit's spam filter. Some NSFW subs have much stricter rules than others.

Reddit filters work by automatically detecting spam, rule-breaking content, suspicious activity, and low-quality posts/comments using algorithms, subreddit rules, and moderator settings.

It would be lot more clear if you provide such screenshot. Which will be clear to be answered.

check the subreddit rules first then message the mods if you think the removal was a mistake. Different communities can have their own posting requirements.
