Does anybody have experience with bh-ads.net or multi-cpa.com?

Was looking to run some offers on these two networks and was wondering if anybody else had any prior experience with the two

Which two networks are you referring to? If you mean affiliate networks, the biggest differences are usually offer quality, tracking accuracy, payment reliability, and how responsive the affiliate managers are. I'd also check recent feedback from other affiliates before sending any serious traffic. A network can look great on paper but still have issues with tracking, approvals, or payouts.

I have not tried both of these out, but I would try starting off small and testing before investing too much into it. The quality of traffic and payment history seems important to me.
