For SEO as one of the priorities, I would recommend using WordPress as the blog platform since Lovable is unable to cover all aspects related to the URL management and metadata.

If you are planning to publish regularly, I would use a proper CMS like WordPress It makes managing lots of blog posts much easier later.

A separate subdomain can work, but I usually prefer keeping the blog on the main domain. It keeps all the content connected in one place.
