Will Facebook show my ads to my friends and followers?

You can manage and configure them by selecting public or excluding audiences.

You can adjust the audience for your posts.

Yeah, they can still see it if they fall into the audience. Ads Manager gives you more control, but there isn’t really a simple “exclude all my Facebook friends” switch. Followers or people who engaged with the page may be easier to exclude as a custom audience. Friends are the tricky part.

yes bro, your friends can see your ads. To avoid that, should change the audience target in ads manager and exclude them.

From what I know boosted posts can still be shown to friends or followers depending on your audience settings I would double check the targeting before launching and exclude audiences where possible so the promotion reaches new people instead of those who already follow you

It usually depends on the audience settings chosen for the campaign If the targeting includes friends or followers they may see the ads otherwise Facebook normally delivers ads based on the selected audience and campaign settings

Create an ad in Ads Manager; it will hide the post on your profile, but if your friends are the target audience for the ad, it will be directed to them. Or you can block them.

i want to boost my profile and my profile post too, and i don't want my ads to be seen by friends and followers.

do facebook share boosted post to F&F?
if yes, is there a way of excluding that?
If your friends and followers is in your targeted audience then yes they can see your post.

you can exclude them by creating a custom audience of your current followers and friends list then adding it as an excluded audience in your boost targeting settings.

Actually, there are many ways. Fb is very smart if you let it understand that you are very active in interacting with people, your profile will be suggested more often by default. Or, if you create interesting videos and images, that's also the most natural approach.

However, the boosted posts may be directed to people that match the audience that you have chosen, and this may consist of either your friends or followers. The boosted posts do not have a simple option like exclude all followers.
For privacy concerns, one should review the audience section and try using an audience of a lesser scope. I would first test with a low budget to see who is seeing the post.
