Looks like it's https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/uxlink/ Try swapping it to USDC/USDT on ETH chain. If you can really get it, you're lucky.

In actual sense treat crypto like money, nobody grants $30k to a stranger for doing absolutely nothing. Don't fall for it when it's too good to be true, scam is what that is, stay out of their way, and don't run to whoever sent it to you asking of how to withdraw the money.

This is a scam tactic. They will lure you in by showing you how to unlock and claim this money, then ask you to pay a service fee for the unlocking process. Be careful
