SEO Tips for a New Website?

Keep it clean, structured content, long 1500+ words pages for home, about and service (depends on what you sell: services or products or just a blog).
Create social profiles on as many networks you want (post 3 times/ week) + other free backlinks, but quality ones and only manual work, do not use any software - backlinks in your niche.
Create ads on any platform that you want and run it for at least 2 weeks, with a small budget on awareness or reach with just 5 main [exact match] keywords for it. budget and number of networks depend on your budget, you just need to have search intent for that keywords and it will also gather data for future ads. Create the ads and do not let the paltform to automatically optimize it and you don't change the budget in the first 2 weeks - after that you should have all the data for scaling it.
Respect all the SEO recommendation for the site - do not use AI to build it (AI is usefull in creating a structure for the website, helping you to create the content), use any of the CMS platforms available - create webmaster account and tracking for google and bing. (do not overdo it with all the shit you find online about seo - just read google guides)

yeah i would focus on creating helpful content firstly good content and proper keyword search and a fast website are the best foundation for long-term seo.
Well personally I use AI and for me I rank I just prompted it with a prompt and a lot of context from how SEO works.

I'll prioritize the basics. To do SEO for a new website, the first priority would always be getting the foundation right, which means:

- Clear H tag structure (one H1 and logical H2/H3s)
- Good title tags and meta descriptions
- Make sure the site is easily crawlable (not blocked by JS or messy code)
- Adding schema (JSON-LD) where it makes sense
I wouldn’t worry about meta keywords at all — Google ignores them.
Content still comes first though. Make pages that actually answer what people are searching for. Backlinks can come later once the base is solid.
In SEO, consistency brings the long-term growth more than any single trick.

Focus on writing genuinely helpful , well researched content first, then build ka solid technical foundation - fast loading speed, mobile friendly design, and proper site structure with clear internal linking . Once that's in place , slowly build relevant backlinks through genuine outreach or guest posting rather than rushing into aggressive link building too early.

If I were starting a new website today, I would focus on publishing high quality content around one topic instead of trying to cover everything. I would make sure the site has a clear structure, strong internal links, and targets long tail keywords that are easier to rank for.

My first priority would be making sure the site has a clear purpose and a technically sound foundation. I’d map a small set of pages to real search intents, make them crawlable, fast, and internally connected, then install analytics and Search Console before publishing heavily

honestly for me it's nailing the URL structure/site architecture before publishing anything. changing folder structure or URL patterns later once pages have some rankings is a pain, you end up doing a redirect chain and losing some equity in the process. easier to just plan the taxonomy properly on day 1 even if it feels like overkill for a site with 5 pages

I’d focus 100% on building a hyper-targeted topical cluster in one narrow sub-niche to establish clear entity trust fast.
On a fresh domain, chasing broad keywords is a total waste of effort. You have to prove you completely own one small topic before Google will ever trust you with anything bigger.

I'D start with keyword research and create helpful content around topics people are searching for. At the same time, make sure the website is fast, easy to use, and properly indexed by Google.
I'd get a few solid page live first, then watch search console before building links. the queries google start showing you are often better than your original keyword list.
