This can take up to a month, sometimes even longer. Just wait a little longer.
And don't forget that the money will only be returned to the same card from which it was deposited
I had similar issue before. If account is suspended because of suspicious payment, refund can take time. Better complete any verification Google asks for first, then contact support.
