Time to repay loans and re-invest

I have USD 3400 loan. My website makes $175 per month(let's approx it). I reinvests 30% of profits from website back into website and new website into articles, AI & Adobe images and backlinks. How much time will it take me to repay entire loan? my interest on loan is 17.99% annual.

I also has around $800 per year dividend from REITS which I don't understand what to do. Approx 30% I invests that into balanced advantage mutual fund and rest to upgrade IT hardwares after gap of 5 years, rest money into fixed deposits and savings account. is this right approach? I am from India.

I will recommend to get a real job along side the internet marketing you do will be better and more sure to pay back the loan in time. In internet marketing is take time to build a business

I tried linkedin and 90% of companies there ARE BIGGG TIME FRAUDS. and BANKRUPT PEOPLE. REread I edited post.
 
The loan was for your business or personal expenses? I'm against debt for personal leisure. If that is the case, prioritize paying back the loan and cut down on other expenses.

That is a high rate of interest. Is that a personal loan? Ask your bank to restructure it or consider taking a personal loan from another bank. If your credit score is good, you can easily get it for 9-10% max.

banks asks for credit money transaction history of 3 years. good credit score and credit agencies are worthless wastage of banking industry money.

have the articles done by ai and you only pay for the AI that you can use to do other tasks as well, as for the backlinks, concentrate on ones that you can do yourself, spend more when you earn more, do what you can yourself.
