Better to just move on and create a new one. is almost impossible to unban if the ban was not a pure mistake

keep using the accounts for few days and then appeal the ban, unless you were hard spamming links then it will remain permanently banned

If your Reddit account gets permanently banned, the only practical option is to use a different account. As far as I know, there's no reliable way to recover an account once Reddit has permanently suspended it.

Try to appeal first and be honest about what happened. If the ban was temporary, wait for it to expire and avoid the same mistake again.
