Hey, I assume you already know how this seo strategy works:

1. Search for a specific term in google with `site:reddit.com`
2. Add a comment in that thread mentioning your service
3. Buy upvotes in your comment to make it rank first for more exposure and authority

Is this patched? because I posted 5 comments in different subreddits and they work fine when I open them from an incognito window

However, when I buy the upvotes to them and after waiting for a day, if I open the thread on incognito again they disappear...

Is it because for the service I'm using for buying upvotes or Reddit has something with it?

From my experience, the strategy isn't patched. If your comment disappears after getting paid upvotes, there's a good chance Reddit's spam detection has filtered it. Reddit has become much better at detecting unnatural engagement, especially on older threads. I'd first check whether the comment was actually removed or if it's just hidden from public view.

Reddit is pretty good at detecting vote manipulation.
If comments disappear after bought upvotes thats much more likely the issue than google.

i don't think its patched completely. The bigger factor is account trust and subreddit moderation. Low trust accounts or promotional comments are much more likely to get filtered, regardless of upvotes. I'd test with normal engagement first before assuming the strategy is dead

I’ve seen this happen more often recently. Reddit doesn’t only look at the comment itself, but also the behavior behind the engagement. Artificial signals may pass the first check but get filtered once the system processes them.

In my experience Reddit has definitely become stricter with the buying upvotes part It detects it and usually removes the upvotes and the comment/post.
