Manage multiply accounts on FB

You should use real personal information to register new accounts, or find aged accounts that have been actively used. Creating many new accounts with fake information will definitely trigger verification requests.

It’s not about the photo. The main trigger is the environment switch right after creation. New account on mobile and then logging in the next day from a different device or browser with a proxy creates a high risk pattern.

Fresh accounts are very sensitive in the first weeks. Sudden changes in device, login flow or behavior often lead to checkpoints. If you plan to use them for automation, they need a longer stable period before introducing any tools.
 
Logging in with two different addresses for the same account can easily mislead Facebook into thinking there's a problem with your account. Facebook strongly blocks anything that looks like account creation for automation or data collection. Even if your intentions are harmless, their system is designed to assume abuse.
 
Logging in with multiple accounts and not uploading your own photos might be Facebook's way of verifying that you are a real person.
 
The problem isn't the profile picture. To keep your account active, I advise you to use real information, maintain a consistent internet connection, and minimize switching devices. Create the account first and let it age for a while. If you're using CloudPhones, keep it there initially. After a few days, you can move it to AdsPower. Switching browsers or logging into a new environment too soon is high risk for fresh accounts.
