You were a very shy person and you managed to become more talkative. Or you had aggressive behavior, but now you are chill. Or you had severe anxiety and now you controls it. Just examples.

How did you successfully changed it, what was your tactic to become someone better or in control of yourself?

Yes. I used to procrastinate a lot, but I gradually changed by planning my day and sticking to a schedule. It took time and effort, but now I'm much more organized and responsible.

Yes I wasn't confident as a kid and young adult, it held me back in work and socially. I learned to put myself out there, like applying for jobs I wasn't qualified for just to get experience of interviews. Now I'm more confident and not scared of what people might think of me

a few years ago I usually struggled to leave my bedroom and have a social life
nowadays I put some effort and I go to the bathroom instead of using diapers, sometimes I even go to the kitchen to interact with my 3D parents

Changing a negative habit usually takes time and patience Small consistent improvements often work better than trying to change everything at once Staying focused and learning from mistakes can make the process much easier

Yes, since January I lost 45 pounds. I did this 2 years ago as well losing 50 pounds. I am probably 15 pounds away from abs now.

The key for me was getting into good habits for sleep hygiene and I only drink water now.

Are you in the CIA or something? Every day you create a thread asking for personal details from the community and never contribute a thing to them yourself.

If you're not going to engage with the content you create, don't create it. If you are in the CIA you're excused and don't kill me.

I used to be very introverted, but now I've become more extroverted because I have to communicate with so many people every day

For me, it was realizing that change doesn't happen overnight. Small, consistent habits made the biggest difference.

Instead of trying to become a completely different person, I focused on improving one thing at a time. I also stopped worrying so much about what other people thought and accepted that making mistakes is part of growing.

Not CIA, just NSA for now
I will try to engage more, on my last posts I always shared my personal answer on the original post, this one you are right

Why would being shy be a bad thing?

In any case, no lmao. Come on now. I've not seen the light of day since 2008.
Being introverted is no problem, but being shy can make simple daily interactions look like a nightmare, which can make you more anxious and stressed

I was terrible at shipping projects on time because I'd endlessly tweak details no one would ever notice. Fixed it by literally setting a kitchen timer and forcing myself to launch whatever state the thing was in when it went off, then patching later if needed. Turns out live and imperfect beats perfect and never.
