I want to automate posting in my own Facebook groups, is that safe?

I don't think it's safe unless you do it like on a large scale and rotate accounts constantly

As u will be engaging with ur own groups i believe that the probability of detection is relatively low compared to using automation on a larrge scale across many groups. nevertheless i would not base my efforts only on the IP part bczz behavior patterns matter to the platform much more. Having diverse posts, regular activity nd not being too robotiic may help a lot.

While AI tool are available to assist with automated posting, you should not overuse them; excessive posting can trigger signs of unusual activity, potentially leading to account restrictions
