Hi everyone,

I’m looking for advice from people who have experience with renting remote access to a US-based PC/workstation.

For a legitimate project, I need access to a real physical computer located in the United States, ideally operated by a US resident. I’m comparing different options and would like to hear from people who have used similar setups.

Which option has worked better for long-term reliability?
- Renting a physical PC with remote desktop access from a US location
- Using a dedicated remote workstation provider
Other solutions you have found reliable

I’m mainly interested in stability, connection quality, maintenance, and overall user experience.

If you have personal experience with any providers or setups, I’d appreciate your recommendations and insights.

Thanks in advance!

Do u really need a work PC? I just solved this problem by renting a rack in a data center

If reliability is your priority a dedicated remote workstation provider is usually the better choice because they handle maintenance uptime and support If you need specific hardware or complete control renting a physical US based PC can also work well but make sure the provider is reputable and offers stable remote access.
Is there anything can you recommend to me?

A dedicated remote workstation is usually the better option for reliability the main things to look for are uptime, support and connection quality.
