been doing cold outreach for my offers and every list i buy is the same story, half of it bounces, a bunch are spam traps, and my domain rep is cooked before i even get a reply.
trying to figure out where ppl actually get data that still hits. better to scrape your own or just buying?
And how do you check a list is fresh and still lands before you burn a domain on it?

Purchased lists tend to be a gamble. It s better to compile your own lists and validate emails before sending anything out. Look at your bounce rate, your domain health, and begin with small batches.

Yummy, yummy, bought list...No wait - they ARE in fact GARBAGE.....too many bounces it's a pain in the ASS.I been thinking of just doing some digging myself and see what come up. How often to you refresh your lists when you buy?

Bad lists can hurt your outreach verified contacts and better targeting usually give much better results.

Bought lists are the same story for everyone – by the time a list is for sale it's already been mailed to death, which is why you're hitting bounces and traps. Scraping your own is almost always better because it's fresh and nobody else has burned it, even if it's more work upfront.

Before you touch your real domain, run any list through verification first (ZeroBounce, NeverBounce, MillionVerifier type tools) to strip hard bounces and known traps – that alone saves your rep. Then don't send from your main domain at all: use separate throwaway sending domains, warm them properly, and keep volume low per domain so one bad batch doesn't take down your primary. The domain rep problem is usually a sending-setup problem as much as a data problem.

The only way that will work 100% of the time is when you build your own leads list. All other of then will always include leads that already either don't exist or just blocked this type of contact. The harsh truth is that lead data being sold everyone are always the same ones, just redone.

true what itsworth says OP bought list AROO very old ,still is least ammount of work if u want result faslly Is differnce bw building list an buyinh hig h BIG IN TIME /COST ?

Buying email lists is often ineffective and carries many risks. You need to find reputable providers, filter out fake emails, and focus on developing real customers from your existing customer base; this will be more effective.

Great in theroy , How do u no witch exisiting client A re worth the effort in they r not cos then u just waste alot of tiem ?

I'd avoid buying random lists. Building your own from public sources and verifying the emails before sending usually gives much better results. Even with good data, warm up your domain and send small batches first so you can catch issues before hurting your sender reputation.

yeah same experience here smaller verified lists usually perform way better than random bulk data.

Just focus on building up your list organically. Finding untapped list in the market is difficult.

problem typically begin with buying bulk lists. fresh nd targeted data based on your ideal customer will work better than an enormous list, particularly when testing nd validating are done before launching your marketing campaign.

Acquiring cheap lists will most likely result in quick destruction of the sending reputation. The best approach would be to generate target lists by oneself or from reliable sources and then validate them before sending anything.
At least, I would always start with testing the list on a small sample and monitoring the bounces and engagement rate.

although purchasing list appear to be a faster method, its effectivenes is instantly compromised the moment it has been used again. In genera, the smaller the list that target a particular audience and has undergone validation, the more effective it becomes.

the list quality is sometime underappreciated in regard to the success ratio. the list made up of a small nu. of contacts that correspond with an accurate ICP is more effective than the large database compiled by scraping.
