I will be more concerned with getting viewers who will come back bcz of the value they see in my videos rather than only followers. This can be achieved through the creation of a series, which ensures that viewers can anticipate your next video bcz of ciurosity. Viral videos attract many viewers, but a series is what keeps them loyal followers.
the first phase will be treated like an asset creation rathar than an attempt at making fast money. my aim will be to producce content which is problem solving, entertaining or which motivates the audiience to subscribe to me. monetization tends to ocur naturally once one understands what to do nd has created their own loyal following.
Another thing i have realised is that people who follow you do so bcz there is something that makes them keep coming back, not because of having one viral video. What i would do is focus on only one specific niche and experiment with different ideas and video types. i would be focusing on the videos that generate page visits rather than the only ones that get views.

What I would pay less attention to is the number of people following me and more to having something that makes ppl want to follow me once they watch a video. one should have an identified target audience and experiment with different approaches to see which videos get people to visit one profile and subscribe.
do not concentrate solely on monetization when uhh are beginning. rather create an audience for urself by picking a definite niche, publishing regularly nd understandiing what type of content actually engages people. When uhh have earned their trust then monetizzing becomes easy.
