when a facebook campaign starts losing efficiency, which signals help you decide whether the problem is creative fatigue or audience saturation? do you compare frequency, cpm, ctr, and conversion rate over a fixed window before refreshing creatives or expanding the audience?

Frequency is the tell-tale signal that separates the two - if frequency's climbin past 3 - 4 n CTR's droppin while CPM stays flat-ish, that's creative fatigue (same ppl seein the same ad too much), but if CPM's risin sharply WITH frequency, that's audience saturation so I always check frequency first b4 touchin anything else, it's the fastest diagnostic

If the CPA exceeds the target cost by 20%–30% for three consecutive days, I believe the creative assets should be replaced.

Generally, I analyze the trends across multiple metrics, rather than a single indicator. Higher frequency and lower CTR usually signify creative fatigue, whereas higher CPM and lower conversion rate might be caused by a saturated target audience.
Personally, I prefer to compare a specific period of time and then test out new creatives prior to making any adjustments to the audience.

Instead, I consider the trend across a few days rather than looking at one number alone. The increase in frequency and decrease in CTR usually show that there is a creative fatigue situation; whereas an increase in CPM and decreasing conversion rates may imply audience saturation.
Normally, I test new creatives first.

I prefer to evaluate trends over a few days instead of focusing on one metric. High frequency with a falling CTR usually means the creatives need refreshing. If CPM is climbing and conversions are dropping, the audience may be saturated. I normally test new creatives before touching the targeting.
