It seems that Reels will remain one of the most effective ways of getting new followers, but not anymore on their own. It is often the accounts with Reels plus high-quality captions, stories, and engagement that will develop successfully.Hi everyone,
I’ve noticed that many creators continue to prioritize Reels as part of their Instagram strategy.
Do you think Reels still provide the best organic reach on the platform, or are other content formats starting to catch up?
Would love to hear your experience.
reels are the best method for discovery purposes, but in my opinion, the quality of the audience is now even more important. A reel that goes viral will generate hundreds of views however, turning these views into follows depends on the niche, the value of the content posted, and having somethingg to keep the audience around.Hi everyone,

Reels still appear to be the most effective way for discovery, particularly if you need to reach someone who does not follow you yet. However, I would not rely on views as the only one metric of success bcz sometimes the small carousels can generate higher no of saves, profile visits, and followers. in my opinion, the most effective method is to use reels to grab attention and then convert it.Hi everyone,

It’s clear that reels are still king when it comes to discovery, although i would never consider them solely on the basis of views. I have seen how much reach a reel could generate without bringing any new followers, while a carousel would sometimes have less reach but far bettetr profile clicks and saves. In my opinion, the best tactic is Reels to grab attention and then other formats to keep them engaged.Hi everyone,

While I have found that reels continue to deliver maximum discovery, the nature of that delivery can change dramatically. One Reel could potentially go viral to thousands of viewers and users scrolling down their feeds, while one carousel post that receives fewer views might drive more traffic towards the profile and also gain more followers. That is why i continue using Reels for reach, but do not consider views as proof of success.Hi everyone,
