• How many books can I generate per month?

Your daily limit depends on your plan (2, 5, or 10 ebooks per day). There is no monthly cap beyond the daily limit — consistent daily use gives you 60–300 books per month.

• Can I publish on both Etsy and Amazon KDP?

Yes. You own the rights to everything you generate. Publish on Etsy, Amazon KDP, Gumroad, Payhip, or anywhere else, there are no platform restrictions.



Refund Policy: All sales are final — Puzzlevia is a digital service with instant access, so we do not offer refunds for change of mind, non-use, or dissatisfaction with generated output. We DO issue a full refund if: (1) your account is never activated after payment and we can't fix it within 48 hours, (2) you were double-charged, or (3) the service is down for 72+ consecutive hours. Email [email protected] with your transaction ID — reviewed within 3-5 business days.
