While searching Pinterest for some home office ideas yesterday, I somehow lost almost an hour of my life.

But were people able to get traffic from Pinterest, or did people move on to other platforms? I would like to hear other opinions on this.

Pinterest is the best platforms for traffic generations n IMO because most pins can drive traffic for YEARS.

Mostly the same platforms are driving traffic, it's just the tactics on each one that changed a bit.

Pinterest still works its not as fast as some platforms but it can still bring targeted traffic if the content matches what people search for.

Yes, it is!

Some niches are doing really well, DIY, home decor, making money online, etc. All you need is eyegrabbing PIN design and a little SEO knowledge to drive traffic.

Pintesrest is quite good, but the catch is: it depends on your niche. Some niches fly high over there, while others doesn't work at all. Had experiences with both sides of the coin and, as some side, if your niche is pinterest directed, one pin will bring traffic for years

Pinterest is very popular when it comes to certain Niches and topics. Some Niches like Home Decor, DIY e.t.c they are super popular on those.

Pinterest is only popular among a segment of the market. It's not like IG or tiktok. So, it's good for some niches with a better rate of conversions.

It depends on the niche some topics get attention on pint because users are actively looking for ideas and inspiration.

Pinterest is a hidden gold mine of traffic if you know your way around the platform.

@Minister_Pinuu home decor is probably one of the easiest niches to convert there since people are actually looking to buy stuff for their setups. The main issue now isn't the traffic itself, its the spam filters... if you try to automate pinning like we did a few years ago your domain gets blacklisted fast. You need a mix of fresh images and actual manual-looking activity now to stay safe. Still way better buyer intent than tiktok or ig imo.

in my opinion pinterest is definitely underrated. whereas posts on some sites disappear after just a few days good pins can continue to bring uh traffic for months. even though it may not yieeld instant results if ur content meets what users search for it will bring u traffic for months to come.

No, from what I've seen, Pinterest is still doing well, it's just much slower than TikTok or Instagram. If you want traffic in a week, it's easy to get discouraged, but if you persevere and let your posts remain online for a few months, you'll see results.

Pinterest still works for some niches. It depends a lot on the content and how consistent you are.

Pinterest is an intriguing platform in that it operates as a search engine rather than ur typical social platform. It’s easy for people to judge the effectiveness of pinterest based on its immediate engagement when in reality, what one should be measuring is the long evity of the clicks that a particular pin will bring. This has proven to work for me better when building my content around certain keywords and improving upon my design rather than increasing the number of pins.

I think Pinterest is still useful for niches like home, food, fashion, and design. It’s not instant traffic, but good pins can keep bringing visitors for a long time.

To be honest, Pinterest is still a great platform for certain niches such as home, recipes, fashion and do it yourself projects. The process can takes time, but the traffic may be ever green.

I think Pinterest is still useful, but you need to create content that people actually search for. random posting usually does not work.
