If you had to choose between:

1. Renting a real physical mobile device with a real SIM, or
2. Using a Residential VPS

Which setup has been more reliable in terms of account stability, trust, and long-term use?

I will choose for stability and overall better all around a mobile phone with 4g sim. Is the best way to keep the accounts safe and you can rotate the IP also. With VPS residential proxy many peoples can use that and will get higher spam score

It usually looks more natural and causes fewer issues with account verification over time.
