I focus more on organic traffic and conversions. Rankings are good to track, but the main goal is getting the right visitors who actually take action.

Organic traffic value and conversion rate from organic visitors tell the real story rankings mean nothing if the traffic doesn't engage or convert. Long-term I track return visitors and pages per session too, because those signal whether your content is actually building an audience or just pulling in one-time clicks.
