Hi, could you share your success stories from local SEO marketing?

What monthly revenue do you generate from rank & rent?

For clarity, how many websites are you managing?

I am not managing any websites, however, I have partnered with a SEO guy who does that (rank and rent), he usually gets around 100-200€ per month per site but ONLY if he can actually rent the sites (yes some of his sites are idle).

You need lots of sites if you are doing rank and rent without GMB. And with each site, monthly leads would be 1-2 or more, maybe depending on your niche and volume. And you can sell those leads on LeadSmart for around $50-100. So if you want to earn $500-$1000, you will need 10+ sites, and of course, it all depends on your niche, volume, and competition.

Only $50-100 from each site? That sounds very low.

If you're able to rank in the construction niche, they're only willing to pay $50 for a full month of visibility, when each client could bring in thousands?

Rank and rent has a lot of potential. If you choose a good, low competition niche that offers profitable services, you can generate a lot of quality leads by ranking your website in the top 2 or top 3 results. However, I haven't worked on the rank and rent model yet. I'm thinking about starting it soon.

Rank & rent can work well but success usually depends on the niche competition and lead quality rather than the number of websites A few well ranked local sites that generate consistent leads often outperform managing dozens of average ones.
